What I’m doing NOW!

Updated November 18 , 2025 from My Home in Tucson AZ

Work

I’m hosting a daily social media posting challenge for the month of November. I posted it on social media had more people than I expected join me. If it goes well , I think I’ll launch an official New Year New Post Challenge!

I haven’t missed a day of posting yet, and the numbers are telling a nice story.

Events are going great. We have been invited back to Harbottle Brewing next year and its gonna be epic!

This weekend we will be at Di Luna Candles on Campbell and Glenn from 9a-1p and next month we will be working a fundraiser back at Motosonora.

Hit me up if you have an even in mind that we could totally make more awesome.

I’m gonna redo my client CRM again and go through the books and operations to find any leaks in the money boat or time bandits. – this- I’ve found a few leaks. I’ll have some new solutions before the month is over.

If you’ve been thinking about adding some black and grey realism or some american traditional, or even some minimalism tattoos to your skin, hit the link below and lets talk

Health

I haven’t really had anything to drink in over 2 months ish. Feels good. Lots of NA beer though. Feels like a vape for smokers.

Still getting my daily non negotiables in. Run, Read, Journal, Breathwork, Fruit til noon, Cold plunge and a calisthenics workout.

Well, almost. I’m having a gnarly sciatica flare up and its keeping me from doing anything mobile. No walks or runs, and I’m going a little stir crazy. Pushups have been my saving grace lol. My Wim Hof breathing retention is way up. Longest hold is 2 min 1 sec.

The hardest part is the discipline of doing the routine. The work is actually pretty easy. The consistency is the hard part.

Reading

I’m almost finsished reading the book Onward by Howard Shultz. He was the Ceo of Starbucks that came back as ceo to realign the company. I was not as consistent wit this one.

In rotation. The Art of Profitability, and The Relationship Handbook.

Family

My wife and I are working really hard on the self betterment process. We aren’t as good at it as we could be but are dedicated to doing the work for ourselves and each other.

Thanksgiving is almost here and I’m not sure we have any plans yet.

Thats ok. Just being present is my priority. I’ve been focusing a lot on being at work when I’m working and being home when I am home. Its a practice in the modern world.

And I love working. It feels like play.

UPDATE ALERT:

Thanks to some very generous friends and clients, my daughter has raised nearly half the money towards her goal! If you aren’t up to speed, check out the link below.

My kiddo is also hosting her own fundraiser. SHES GOING TO IRELAND with her marching band and is asking for help! Watch her video here, and donate… this is all her. I’m helping where I can, but this is her deal… And if she hits her goal… yup, I agreed to let her TATTOO ME.

So if you want to see me get tattooed by my daughter… gotta throw some cash at her

Quotes I’ve been pondering

“Waste no time thinking about what a good man is. Be one.”

A version of a Marcus Aurelius quote. Just do the right things.

“Actions speak louder than words”

A lot of people say things. They say the things they think you want to hear. Politicians, friends… everyone… I’ve been paying attention more to what people are doing, rather than what they are saying. I’m better off trusting my eyes than my ears!

“Fortune Favors the Bold”

Being bold doesn’t mean starting a riot or being the loudest one in the room. For me, its taking a hard look at what seems difficult, and taking a step toward it. For me, I think it, something bold I’m trying… is to let the people around me do the things they are here to do. Stepping back is a bold step for me.
